There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to a body transformation, and here at Fitness Worx we take a holistic approach by making sure that all challenges are bespoke and tailored around the individual needs of the client.

We focus not only on the training side of things but also help educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle factors to maximize performance and transform your body like never before.

The aim by the end of the 80-Day Challenge is to of taught you enough so that you will be experienced and confident enough to train in a gym by yourself.

There are no crash diets, gimmicks or short cuts just hard work that will bring solid RESULTS!
