Our barbell-based workout

Kick ass for 60 solid minutes, challenging your body against squats, deadlifts, presses and the most effective movements to build muscle and burn fat.  You will get sweaty, with conditioning and core work, to improve your overall body strength. All abilities welcome.

Class Information

What Will I Do?

Build lean muscle and burn fat. The class incorporates circuit stations which last for 45secs per station.

What Will I Achieve?

A tight core area along with improved overall strength! Come along and burn that excess fat quick!

Am I Fit Enough?

There is no set ability for this class. You take it at your own speed over the circuits but be prepared to be pushed by the team!
