Cycle Worx are fast paced, high intensity sessions completed on static bikes in our purpose built cycle studio. This high energy class combines the latest pumping music and club atmosphere for the ultimate calorie burn. From hill climbs to all out sprinting, it’s time to spin those wheels!

This session will put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat. Challenge your cardiovascular capacity and burn fat for up to 24 hours after the session ends!

What Will I Do?

This class is designed to get that heart racing for a full 45mins, which will burn fat for upto 24hours.

What Will I Achieve?

This class is designed to offer a cardio blast session like no other, using a combination of strength and speed work. Great for lower and upper body strength and conditioning as well as fat loss

Am I Fit Enough?

You’re in control!

Hill climbs are controlled by moving through the gears of the bike, which you manage. The higher the gear the harder the climb. Taking off the gear allows for an all out fast ‘fat melting’ sprint.
