Strength Camp, has been developed to maximize your strength and performance. This class will focus on strength exercises which include the squat, deadlift and shoulder press. Improve your technique, movement quality, and build up your strength for maximum output.

From the moment the class begins, you will squat, deadlift and learn a range of strength exercises to help you get stronger.
