A complete range of Precor Glutebuilder machines, including hip thrust, pendulum kickback, deadlift, and hip extension.
Functional & HYROX Area
Purpose-built space with rigs, SkiErgs, assault bikes, and Concept equipment—perfect for performance and hybrid training.

From HYROX sessions to strength, conditioning, and endurance classes—all included within your membership.
