Fitness Worx Gyms is happy to bring you a dedicated Olympic Lifting program designed to help you improve, learn and develop the skill. Olympic Lifting is a sport and technique that takes special guidance , which we are now able to offer members and non members.

Over 6 hours our qualified coach, will help you to learn each BIG Olympic Lifting movement. No 6 sessions are the same as abilities will differ and each of the 1 hour sessions will be tailored to you and your goals

You will learn all 3 major Olympic Lifts as well as learn about how to be safe and develop your new skills further.
