Fitness Worx Gyms is happy to bring you a dedicated Olympic Lifting program designed to help you improve, learn and develop the skill. Olympic Lifting is a sport and technique that takes special guidance , which we are now able to offer members and non members.
Over 6 hours our qualified coach, will help you to learn each BIG Olympic Lifting movement. No 6 sessions are the same as abilities will differ and each of the 1 hour sessions will be tailored to you and your goals – Sessions Available in Southam on Wednesday & Friday’s | 1pm – 9.30pm

What Will I Do?
Learn the fundamentals of Olympic Lifting and develop your technique.

You will learn all 3 major Olympic Lifts as well as learn about how to be safe and develop your new skills further.

This short course is for all abilities. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn, or at a development stage, our coach can help.
How Many Sessions?
You can put options in here as some packages have different levels.
How Many Days?
We can move the goalposts here to deliver the package in a shorter time or extend the results to a slightly longer time period.
