I am a motivational trainer that likes to deliver a fun but effective workout. I will help with mobility and balance while improving physical skills, wellbeing and self-confidence around your training.
Over the last 5 years, I have been involved in various strength competitions whilst gaining my Personal Training qualifications. I am able to build specific programmes for all types of individual goals.
