The 4 Phases to Success

Phase 1 – Setting the Foundations


Once you sign up, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire. This helps our coaching team understand exactly where you’re starting from and what you want to achieve.

Phase 2 – Your Personal Plan


After reviewing your info, our coaches will build a tailored training program just for you. All plans are weights-based with added cardio, and your nutrition is guided by calorie and macro targets —giving you flexibility and freedom to enjoy a wide variety of foods (no more boring chicken and rice 24/7!).

Phase 3 – Kickoff & Community


Challenge day one starts with a group Zoom call —a chance to meet your fellow challengers and ask any questions. You’ll also get access to a group chat for motivation, support, and accountability. Plus, our coaches are just a message away through the app!

Phase 4 – Transformation Time


This is your time. Follow your training and nutrition plan, check in weekly, and watch your body and mindset change. We'll review your check-ins and make adjustments if needed to keep you progressing every week.

If the sign-up link isn’t available, don’t worry—you can join the waiting list. This usually means a challenge is already in progress or the current cohort is full. By joining the list, you’ll be the first to know when the next round kicks off, and you’ll get early access to secure your spot.

Nope! This challenge is 100% online. All you need is a gym membership, as the program is gym-based for now. Whether you train at Fitness Worx or elsewhere, you’re good to go.

Yes – to an extent. Your training plan includes adjustable workouts in our app, and your macros and calorie targets will be personalised. Plus, we’ll tweak things along the way based on your weekly check-ins to keep you progressing.

This is for anyone ready to level up their training and nutrition! Whether you’re new to lifting or experienced, this challenge adapts to your level. Every plan is built around progressive overload, so whether you’re lifting 2kg or 100kg, the goal is the same: lift more, feel better, and get results.

We don’t hand out strict meal plans—and here’s why: they’re often short-term fixes that don’t teach you how to eat for real, lasting results. Instead, we’ll coach you through building your own meals based on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. You’ll learn how to fuel your training, manage your calories, and make better choices without needing to rely on a plan forever. Think of it as nutrition with purpose, not restriction.

It’s not a rule, but we highly recommend it. Tracking your weight is just one tool we use to understand your progress. Alongside that, we look at things like photos, body measurements, clothing fit, and how you’re feeling overall. It’s about progress—not perfection—and having multiple ways to see how far you’ve come.

Yes! Before the challenge begins, you’ll jump on a Zoom call with the coaches and your fellow challengers—a great chance to ask questions and get fired up. Throughout the challenge, you’ll also be able to message the team directly through the Fitness Worx app. And if something more in-depth comes up, you can always book a 1-to-1 call with a coach through the app or reach out via email at enquiries@fitness-worx.com
