“Losing 45kg still feels surreal to say out loud. When I started, I honestly just wanted to feel better in myself — I never imagined I’d be squatting 90kg or running a sub-30 minute 5K!

Personal training gave me confidence in the gym, taught me how to lift properly, and kept me accountable on the days I didn’t feel motivated.
