“After attending the same gym for 10 years, I decided it was time for a change. Matt very quickly put me at ease, I felt accepted and part of the Fitness Worx Community.

It is a very special ‘family’ where both trainers and members support, encourage and best of all celebrate each other’s achievements.

Matt makes me work really hard during my PT sessions, pushes me to my limits but it is good fun and enjoyable.

Before joining Fitness Worx I didn’t have the confidence to take part in a class but with Matt’s encouragement, I now look forward to his Wednesday strength camp. Also love meeting up with the strength girls but in spite of all the gossiping we still find time to work out.
