Our classes keep you motivated throughout the whole year – Whether you want to lose weight, become stronger or just focus on fitness, our daily classes help you to achieve goals, in a fun and friendly environment.
The FWX Coaches incorporate a range of movements to educate you on the importance of training whilst also helping you with your nutrition if needed. We deliver encouragement and motivation throughout the sessions helping you to achieve much more than on your own.

LIFT.
LIFT is a resistance training class that has a big focus on technique whist helping you improve your full body strength. All abilities welcome.
