Whether you want to lose weight, become stronger or just focus on fitness, our daily classes help you to achieve goals, in a friendly environment.

The FWX Coaches incorporate a range of movements to put your body into overdrive for 45mins – 1 hour. We will deliver encouragement and motivation throughout the sessions helping you to achieve much more than on your own.

You’ll leave our group sessions feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more – All classes are included in the monthly membership at FWX!
