How do I buy a membership?
You can purchase a membership by downloading the Fitness Worx App from the App Store or by visiting our website and selecting the Fitness Worx location you’d like to attend.
Do you offer day passes?
Yes! You can purchase a day pass or week pass by downloading the Fitness Worx App from the App Store.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your Fitness Worx membership through the “Cancel & Freeze” tab in the Fitness Worx App. We require 30 days’ notice to process your cancellation and remove your details from our system. Any questions you may have after this please direct to members@fitness–worx.com
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months via the Fitness Worx App. This request must be made by the 20th of the month before the freeze is to take effect. Please find this tile in on the app for ease.
Does my membership include access to all Fitness Worx gyms?
If you have a multi-site membership, you can access any Fitness Worx gym. Please use the same door code and QR code—do not switch clubs, as your membership provides access to all locations.
How do I book classes?
You can book any Fitness Worx clas via the Fitness Worx App under the “Make a New Booking” section. Classes are popular, so please allow enough time for bookings. If you need to cancel, please also do this via the app.
Can I upgrade my membership to Premium option?
Yes! To upgrade, please email our Sales Director at enquiries@fitness–worx.com
Can I book a Personal Training consultation to talk about the options?
Yes! – To book a free consultation simply head to the personal training page on the website and fill out your information. We are here 7 days a week!
