Working 1-2-1 with a FWX Coach, our Meltdown package has been designed to help you burn fat while keeping the muscles toned. The sessions are hard work, but real, attainable results will show in no time!
You receive weekly nutritional help, support and guidance to help you achieve your goal. Every 3/4 weeks we record your body stats to make sure you are always on track. We tailor the program and nutrition to your lifestyle and aim to deliver maximum results through each session. Follow our advice to the tee, and life-changing fat loss could be yours.
What Will I Do?
You will burn body fat quick whilst being pushed to your limits on the functional circuits. We incorporate free weights to really help you shift the extra pounds.
