How Many Sessions?
We offer 2 Meltdown packages.
24 Hour Meltdown is 24 hour-long sessions, 3 per week over 8 weeks
36 Hour Meltdown is 36 hour-long sessions, 3 per week over 12 weeks (and comes with a discount!)
We’ve found the longer programme more effective as we can often accelerate fat loss between weeks 8-12
