Working 1-2-1 with a FWX Coach, Meltdown has been designed to burn fat and get you trim quick. The sessions are hard work, but results will be seen in no time.
You receive weekly nutritional help, support and guidance to take you to your goal. Every 3/4 weeks we record your body stats too so that you are always staying on track. We fit the program and nutrition in with your lifestyle and aim to deliver maximum results through the sessions. Follow our advice to the tee, and llife-changing fat loss results can potentially be yours.
What Will I Do?
You will burn body fat quick whilst being pushed to your limits on the functional circuits. We incorporate free weights also to shred down the fat.
What Will I Achieve?
More energy and vigour for life. You will have a spring in your step that will take you back to your youth and be ready for the next stage in your fitness journey.

Meltdown is based on 24 hour-long sessions – 3 per week over 8 weeks
