Jack Gibson

Jack is the joint FWX Owner & Head Personal Trainer. Jack has over 11 years experience in the industry and holds the highest qualifications in sports exercise. He oversees all client packages with Chris!

Matt Gibson

Matt is a Personal Trainer and the Manager at FWX Warwick. He focuses on Strength, Performance and Fat Loss. Matt has been apart of FWX for 5 years and holds a REPS Level 3 in Sports Exercise.

Chris B

Chris looks after the day to day runnings of FWX Gyms - If you are wanting to discuss Personal Training or have a general enquiry, please drop him an email at - With Jack, he oversees all client programs to make sure everything is going in the right direction!

Phoebe Little

Phoebe Personal Trains clients at FWX Kenilworth and also manages the client membership system. She works with both male and female clients helping to achieve their goals. Phoebe has also competed in ``figure`` around the world.

Nathan Lee

Nathan works with both strength and fat loss clients. He has been apart of FWX for 3 years and has a BSc Hons in Sports Performance. He has now hit over 200KG lost for his clients on fat loss packages.

Jack Scott

Personal Trainer Jack Scott comes from a professional rugby background. He competes at a high level in the national rugby league. He specialises in helping people to lose weight and become strong on our packages.

Ryka S

Ryka has been apart of FWX Gyms for 5 years. He loves being able to help clients daily achieve their goals. He has a wealth of experience with both fat loss and strength clients.

Killian Murphy

Killian is the Manager and Head Personal Trainer at FWX Southam. He has travelled all over the world Personal Training clients. He holds the highest qualifications in fitness instruction and loves his Nutrition - Killian focuses on Strength and Fat Loss packages.

James Wyatt

James comes to FWX Gyms from Dubai! He has a wealth of experience with Fat Loss, Strength and general fitness clients. He holds a Level 2, 3 and 4 PT qualification and BioForce Strength and Conditioning degree.

Hannah Hope

Personal Trainer Hannah works out of FWX Warwick - She works with both male and female clients each week. She manages the FWX Yoga and Stretching department along with the new Pilates classes coming soon to FWX Gyms!

Mike Tomlinson

Mike is the newest Personal Trainer at FWX Gyms Warwick. Since becoming a full-time PT over 2 years ago, he has learned a lot from 1-2-1 coaching both males and females around Warwickshire. He has a keen passion for MMA and specialises in Fat Loss and Strength.
