Phil's Story

I have been an active gym goer since a younf age, and my body is in great condition. i decided to take on the Strong in 6 programme as i wanted to lean out a little more, learn technique and understand just how improtant nutrition is along side training. FWX did not dissapoint! Excellent stuff guys and girls!!

Becky's Story

Charlie's Story

Strength has always been my weakest point, and after hearing all good things about FWX, i decided to take on their Strong in 6 programme. It is the best decision i have ever made. I wanted to put on lean muscle and have that toned look.. I can’t thank them enough!!
